Androschin & Wiest are an independent management consultancy based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. We have been operating as a discrete entity since 2008. The two owners, Christian Androschin and Rupert Wiest, and indeed all members of the team, have many years of management and consultancy experience behind them in the fields of machine and plant engineering and automation technology.

The advice we give to clients is always integrated, taking account of all factors instrumental to success. We focus specifically on lean business systems and on optimising the value creation in production-related areas. We work in partnership with our clients in a relationship of mutual trust.
